Return Policy

No returns/refunds will be processed without an RMA number.

Personalized Items

All sales of personalized merchandise are final. If your product is defective, we reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion. If there is a defect or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days by email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.

Blank Items - Refunds & Exchanges

For non-personalized items you wish to return or exchange, you must email us within 30 calendar days of receipt to obtain a RMA number, and all items must be received back in our warehouse within 10 business days of the RMA number issuance. For all items that are returned within the eligible refund period, you will be charged a 20% restock fee, and you are responsible for return postage. For exchanges, you are also responsible for postage back to you. If your original order was shipped with free shipping, you will also be responsible for the portion of the postage we covered on that order, which will be deducted from your refund or invoiced prior to shipping your exchange. You will be emailed a statement with refund deductions within 2 business days of receipt back in our warehouse. If items or packaging is damaged, dirty, torn, or otherwise not in the condition we shipped it in, there will be an additional fee, or we may reject the request, depending on the condition of the return.

Exchanges ship out within 2 business days of receipt in our warehouse. For fastest service, we recommend purchasing the new item and submitting a return/refund request for the original order.

Deadlines

If we don't receive your RMA request by email within our policy deadlines, we reserve the right to refuse any refund/return requests. Items returned without an RMA number on the label will be refused or discarded.
