All sales of personalized merchandise are final. If your product is defective, we reserve the right to replace or refund at our discretion. If there is a defect or your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. No returns/refunds will be processed without an RMA number.
For non-personalized items you wish to return, email us to obtain a RMA number. You will be charged a 20% restock fee, and you are responsible for return postage. If your original order was shipped with free shipping, you will also be responsible for the portion of the postage we covered on that order, which will be deducted from your refund.
