Política de devoluciones

Todas las ventas de mercancía personalizada son finales. Si su producto es defectuoso, nos reservamos el derecho de reemplazarlo o reembolsarlo a nuestra discreción. Si hay un defecto o su pedido llega dañado, notifíquenos dentro de los 7 días para obtener un número de autorización de devolución de mercancía (RMA) e instrucciones de envío de devolución. No se procesarán devoluciones/reembolsos sin un número de RMA.

Para artículos no personalizados que desea devolver, envíenos un correo electrónico para obtener un número de RMA. Se le cobrará una tarifa de reabastecimiento del 20% y usted es responsable del franqueo de devolución. Si su pedido original se envió con envío gratuito, también será responsable de la parte del franqueo que cubrimos en ese pedido, que se deducirá de su reembolso.
